2. As I operate a business, kindly maintain timely communication concerning the services you wish to avail. Placing an order within 3 days or less is classified as a rush order, subject to applicable fees.
3. All services necessitate precise information and comprehensive details. I can only work with the information provided for the services you're interested in.
4. Please remain receptive and prompt in your responses. Projects lacking a response within (24hrs) will be canceled without refund.
5. Given the multitude of clients we serve, we CANNOT accept orders via messenger, private messages, or any social platform unless specific service openings exist. ALL bookings must be processed through our website.
6. Being unresponsive to orders hampers our project progress. While we are diligently at work, there are instances where direct responses are necessary, although our website covers all aspects.
Damages and Issues:
Upon receipt, please inspect your order and promptly contact us if you encounter defects, damage, or receive an incorrect item. This allows us to assess the matter and rectify it.
WE DO NOT GRANT REFUNDS ON ANY SERVICE. Clients accept our terms and refund policy when engaging with us.
